Overview
PDG was tasked with digitalizing and consolidating data from dozens of source systems across the company into a centralized Enterprise Data Warehouse, including the creation of a robust data visualization and analytics front-end through Qlik Sense. Enterprise Production Incentive Cockpit
Overview
PDG owned and project managed the development of the EPIC enterprise portal used to track Theatrical and Television production tax credits, both domestically and internationally. By integrating the business processes of Production Planning, Theatrical & Television Finance, Treasury, and Tax, EPIC has streamlined and optimized the way WB, HBO, and Turner manage production credits, creating increased visibility and control of the credit process.

Music Rights Management
Overview
PDG designed and developed the enterprise web application, site flow, and customer-facing storefront for the Magic music rights management system. Magic tracks all publisher and master rights that a studio owns for original scores for its films and television shows. Cue management for features and television episodes allows potential 3rd party licensees to easily find music heard in a production and ensures producers have a comprehensive view of all music used in any production – including licensed songs and/or scores. The core engine also drives an external licensing platform where outside filmmakers can license the original music written for the project.

Overview
To provide near real-time contract validation and availability reporting, PDG installed its cloud-based CCAE application suite to augment Fox’s contract management system and manage its multi-billion-dollar distribution business. Overview
PDG has owned the entirety of Sesac’s Digital Transformation project from requirements gathering, UX design, application design, development, testing facilitation, and deployment. The project includes updating the Licensee, Affiliate, and public website experience to best-of-breed technologies and UX design.
