Overview
PDG was tasked with digitalizing and consolidating data from dozens of source systems across the company into a centralized Enterprise Data Warehouse, including the creation of a robust data visualization and analytics front-end through Qlik Sense. PDG provides service at every level — from requirements gathering, data consolidation gap-fit analysis, and custom web solutions for business user data maintenance — to data modeling and ETL, Visualization development in Qlik Sense, and user onboarding and adoption training.

Overview
PDG helped to program manage and provide advisory services for the implementation of Cemco's industry-specific ERP, assisting with stabilizing the system from both a performance and utility perspective. PDG also organized the implementation and roll-out of the system to the various manufacturing plants nationwide.
