Annual Matching Gift Drive
In an effort to drive results in our communities and to be change-makers for the causes we support, we encourage charitable donations from employees year round through our annual gift matching program.Each year, PDG holds a 50% employee matched gift drive for the charities we love, and ones that our employees select individually. Moving Forward by Doing Our Part for Social Justice:
In recent years, as people across the globe raised their voices against racism, violence, and inequality, the PDG Family wanted to stand in solidarity with the Black and all marginalized communities. Doing our part started with a generousdonation to Liberty Hill Foundation and Black Lives Matter, Los Angeles, but our commitment to effect change continues through dialogue, training, volunteerism, and a diverse and inclusive workplace.
LA Regional Food Bank Matching Gift Drive:
With so many people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, especially those from lower-income communities, the PDG Family actively raises funds each year to provide meals through our annual corporate double match initiative. Our PDGiving Ambassador employees also volunteer by helping to assemble food packages for low-income seniors, women with infants, and children in Los Angeles County. By giving just a little of our time, we help make a big difference in our community.
